Founding Buyer Program

Founding Buyer Program

Help define the first DemandSeal business funding lead standard before acquisition begins.

The Founding Buyer Program is for a small group of U.S. business funding organizations willing to define the first DemandSeal acceptance standard before lead acquisition begins.

Application intake is being prepared

The commercial site is now in pre-launch. The secure business-contact channel and legal operator details will be added before applications are collected. No obligation, inventory, pricing, or acceptance is implied at this stage.

Who the program is for

  • Direct lenders, brokers, funders, and financing teams buying new business funding inquiries.
  • Organizations able to define product, state coverage, business tenure, revenue or deposit thresholds, exclusions, and active-position rules.
  • Teams with a named owner for rapid follow-up and consistent CRM outcome reporting.
  • Buyers prepared to test a capped, prepaid pilot rather than request unbounded volume.

What founding buyers will help define

  • Eligible states
  • Requested amount
  • Time in business
  • Revenue or deposits
  • Industry exclusions
  • Existing financing positions
  • Lead data and evidence fields
  • Delivery method
  • Objective replacement criteria
  • Pilot outcome reporting

Intended first-pilot structure

  1. Discovery: confirm that the buyer and DemandSeal can use one written specification.
  2. Readiness: review coverage, delivery, outreach process, evidence needs, and stop conditions.
  3. Closed pilot: a small prepaid pack with capped acquisition and progressive delivery.
  4. Reconciliation: review acceptance, contact, application, approval, funding, and fully loaded cost per funded deal.
  5. Decision: expand, adjust, or stop based on the complete cohort—not on early anecdotes.

What the program does not promise

Joining does not guarantee approval, exclusivity by territory, lead volume, a launch date, pricing, contact rate, applications, approvals, or funded transactions. Final participation will require buyer review and written commercial terms.

Next step

The application form will open after the business-contact mailbox and pre-launch privacy notice are in place. In the meantime, prepare your state coverage, minimum criteria, monthly capacity, delivery method, and replacement policy.
