The DemandSeal Record is the evidence layer designed to travel with every accepted request. It does not turn a marketing inquiry into an underwriting decision. It makes the capture and handoff process inspectable.
A structured timeline, not a quality adjective
Terms such as “fresh,” “verified,” and “exclusive” are easy to print on an invoice. The record is designed to preserve the events that support narrower, testable statements.
Original submission timestamp, time zone, landing page, acquisition channel, and available campaign identifiers.
The consent disclosure or disclosure version presented, the affirmative action recorded, and the related timestamp.
Submitted answers, buyer-specific acceptance thresholds, and the result of each applicable knockout.
OTP challenge result and completion time. The code itself is not retained as evidence of identity.
The approved buyer account to which the accepted request was assigned and the time that assignment became final.
Delivery method, attempt time, result, retries when applicable, and buyer-system receipt when available.
What the record can support
- The inquiry entered through a documented DemandSeal capture flow.
- The submitted answers passed a defined buyer acceptance standard.
- The applicant completed a one-time code sent to the submitted phone.
- The accepted request was assigned to one buyer through DemandSeal.
- The delivery attempt and outcome were timestamped.
What it cannot prove by itself
- The legal identity of the person completing the request.
- Ownership of the phone number, device, or submitted business.
- The accuracy of self-reported revenue, deposits, credit, or financing positions.
- Eligibility, approval, contact, conversion, or funding.
- The legal sufficiency of a buyer’s complete outreach program.
“Phone confirmed” means someone completing the interaction demonstrated access to the submitted phone number at that time. It is not an identity-verification claim.
Designed for reconciliation
The long-term goal is for buyers to reconcile DemandSeal’s capture and delivery events with their own CRM outcomes: accepted, contacted, qualified, application completed, approved, funded, or closed. That is how a lead source becomes measurable beyond cost per lead.
Review the proposed evidence fields
Founding buyers can help determine which events are essential for their sales, operations, and compliance review before the first acquisition campaign is activated.
