DemandSeal is designed to move each submitted business funding request through one controlled path. The lead payload and its DemandSeal Record travel together, so the buyer can review both the submitted data and the events behind it.
One request. Five required stages.
The Record must identify the source, campaign data available to DemandSeal, landing or form version, original timestamp and time zone, disclosure version shown, and the action used to submit the request.
The submitted answers must pass one versioned DemandSeal product standard. The requested amount and qualifying business and financial answers remain self-reported unless a field is expressly identified otherwise. Passing this screen is not underwriting or credit approval.
The requester must complete a one-time code delivered to the submitted phone. The timestamped event confirms access to that phone at submission. It does not verify identity, business ownership, authority, or future response.
Normalized identifiers must clear a check limited to the product’s published scope and lookback window. The Record must show the scope, identifier types, timestamp, and result. This check does not cover lists or activity outside DemandSeal.
After the required controls pass, DemandSeal must record one buyer assignment and route the lead payload with its Record through the tested delivery workflow. A delivered lead is assigned to one buyer within DemandSeal and is not redistributed by DemandSeal.
A lead counts only when the published valid-delivery rule is met. The Record must preserve each delivery attempt and its outcome.
What arrives at the buyer
Two parts form one delivered unit: the lead to work and the Record to inspect.
Lead payload
- Contact details submitted by the requester
- Requested amount and use of funds
- Business profile and qualifying answers
- State and time-zone fields
- The product-standard version applied
Business and financial information remains self-reported unless a specific field is expressly labeled as independently checked.
DemandSeal Record
- Capture source, form version, and original timestamp
- Disclosure version and recorded submission action
- Screening rules and results
- Phone OTP and duplicate-check events
- DemandSeal assignment and delivery trail
After delivery
The buyer controls follow-up, qualification, underwriting, approval, and funding decisions. DemandSeal records delivery and reviews the complete pilot batch against the agreed operational outcomes after enough time has passed for those outcomes to mature.
Results may inform a later product version, but they do not change the standard applied to leads already delivered. DemandSeal does not guarantee future response, approval, funding, or return on investment.
See whether your operation fits the first pilot.
If your team buys $50K+ business funding leads and can work one shared product standard through a tested delivery workflow, request a pilot review.
