First release

Business Funding Leads

Exclusive, phone-confirmed funding requests from established U.S. businesses seeking $50,000 or more—delivered with an evidence record.

The first DemandSeal release is being designed for U.S. business funding teams that want active requests from established companies—and enough evidence to evaluate how each request reached them.

Pre-launch product

Inventory is not yet publicly available. Final acceptance thresholds, coverage, pricing, and replacement terms will be set with a small group of approved founding buyers before acquisition begins.

Planned acceptance framework

The starting specification is intentionally narrow. A request would need to meet the published standard before it could be assigned and delivered as an accepted lead.

Signal Initial direction How it should be read
Requested amount $50,000 or more Self-reported funding request
Applicant role Owner or business decision-maker Declared role, not independent authority verification
Time in business Buyer-defined minimum Threshold to be finalized during validation
Revenue or deposits Buyer-defined bands Self-reported unless explicitly marked otherwise
Geography Visible state whitelist Only states approved for the active buyer and product
Phone One-time code completed Evidence of access to the submitted number at that time

Planned lead data

  • Business and decision-maker name
  • Requested amount and use of funds
  • Business tenure and industry
  • Monthly revenue and deposit range
  • Existing financing positions
  • Self-reported credit range
  • State and time zone
  • Phone OTP completion
  • Capture source and timestamp
  • Consent, assignment, and delivery events

Important: applicant information is self-reported unless a field is explicitly identified as independently verified. DemandSeal will not describe an OTP-confirmed inquiry as identity verified.

One accepted lead, one buyer

DemandSeal’s planned exclusivity rule is simple: after a request passes the agreed acceptance standard, it is assigned to one approved buyer and is not resold by DemandSeal. The assignment event and buyer account are recorded before delivery.

This controls DemandSeal’s own distribution. It does not claim that a business owner has not independently contacted another financing provider elsewhere.

Immediate delivery, with a receipt

Accepted requests are intended to route as soon as qualification and phone confirmation are complete. The evidence record will distinguish capture time, confirmation time, assignment time, delivery attempt, and delivery outcome. Any performance SLA will be published only after it has been measured in a live pilot.

Replacement rules should be objective

Final terms will be agreed with founding buyers. The intended model is to consider replacement for measurable defects such as a duplicate from DemandSeal, an invalid submitted contact point, an ineligible state, a request below the contracted threshold, or a missing required evidence event.

A prospect declining a call, failing underwriting, or not funding is not automatically a defective lead. Lead acceptance and credit approval are different decisions.

Help define the first release

Founding buyers will help finalize state coverage, business tenure, revenue or deposit bands, active-position rules, delivery method, and objective replacement criteria before supply is activated.
