$50K+ Business Funding Leads

Business funding requests of $50,000 or more, screened against one product standard and delivered with a timestamped DemandSeal Record.

Business funding requests of $50,000 or more. For a lead to count, the requester must complete phone confirmation by one-time code, the lead must clear one versioned DemandSeal standard and the product-scoped duplicate check, and the buyer must receive a timestamped DemandSeal Record.

Pilot status

No live inventory is available yet. Before any purchase, buyers that pass the pilot review will receive the complete product standard, sample payload and Record, supported delivery methods, pilot size and price, and replacement terms.

The lead payload, plus the record behind it.

Each delivery will include the submitted contact and business fields defined in the launch standard. The attached DemandSeal Record will show which product controls ran, when they ran, and what outcome was recorded.

Planned lead data

  • Submitted contact and business details
  • Requested amount and use of funds
  • Self-reported owner or decision-maker role
  • Time in business and industry
  • Monthly revenue or deposit band
  • Existing financing positions
  • Self-reported credit range
  • State and time zone
  • Phone OTP event
  • Capture, screening, duplicate-check, assignment, and delivery events

Business and financial information is self-reported unless a specific field is expressly identified as independently checked. Phone OTP confirms access to the submitted number at the time of submission; it does not verify identity, authority, or future response.

What must happen before a lead counts

  1. The requester reports seeking at least $50,000 in business funding.
  2. All required answers pass the active version of the DemandSeal product standard.
  3. The requester completes a one-time code sent to the submitted phone.
  4. The lead passes the duplicate check defined for this product.
  5. DemandSeal records one buyer assignment.
  6. The configured buyer destination returns the published valid-delivery outcome.
  7. Every required DemandSeal Record event is present.

A failed delivery attempt will not become a valid delivery merely because it was attempted. The exact valid-delivery rule will be published in the launch standard.

One product. One published rule set.

The first release is not a custom lead-generation campaign. Every delivered lead must be evaluated against the same versioned DemandSeal standard.

Before acquisition begins, that standard will freeze:

  • Mandatory questions and acceptance thresholds
  • Included and excluded industries
  • State coverage
  • Maximum permitted age at valid delivery
  • Duplicate identifiers, normalization rules, scope, and lookback window
  • Required payload and Record fields
  • Valid-delivery requirements
  • Objective defects and the replacement process

Your team reviews that standard and decides whether it fits its buy box. DemandSeal will not silently change mandatory criteria to close an individual sale.

The control boundaries are explicit.

Phone confirmation

The requester must complete a one-time code sent to the submitted phone. That event shows access to the number at submission. It does not prove identity, ownership of the number, business authority, or later responsiveness.

Product-scoped duplicate check

A passing result means no match was found using the identifiers, normalization rules, and lookback window published for this product. It does not prove the business is absent from third-party databases or has never contacted another provider.

One DemandSeal assignment

A delivered lead is assigned to one buyer within DemandSeal and is not redistributed by DemandSeal. This describes DemandSeal’s distribution only; it does not establish what the requester may do outside DemandSeal.

Measured capture age

The Record will preserve the original capture timestamp and valid-delivery timestamp. A lead beyond the maximum age published in the launch standard will not count as a delivered unit.

Replacement decisions follow recorded facts.

The pilot terms will contain the complete list of defects eligible for replacement. Each covered defect will be tied to a product-standard or delivery failure that can be checked against the lead payload and DemandSeal Record.

A lack of response after delivery, an underwriting rejection, no approval, or no funding will not, by themselves, make a lead defective. DemandSeal does not guarantee contact, approval, funding, conversion, or return on investment.
